I wanted to start walking more but shine splints are a constant problem. When to the treadmill when a friend mentioned getting fitted for shoes. The ladies were great. Told them the problem. She had me do a few movements to see what was doing on. I tried on the first pair of shoes and they felt awesome. No pain when I walked. Feels like my feet are floating in clouds. It will be a few weeks for my shine splints to heal enough to try them out on a long walk. But I have a feeling they will be great. I will be back for my next pair of shoes.
