What are your store hours?

We are open daily from 10am–5pm. Please call us for holiday hours.

Can I purchase Gift Cards to The Treadmill?

Yes. You can purchase gifts certificates in store, create store credit for someone, or order a mailer gift certificate over the phone.

Do you have a mailing list?

Once a month we send out a newsletter that gives you access to helpful tips, recipes and news about promotions and upcoming events at The Treadmill. Yes, you can sign up for our mailing list by clicking "HOME" on our navigation bar at the top of this page. 

What is your return policy?

We want you to feel great about our purchase and the advice we give you. A ll regular priced items may be returned within 14 days of purchase; they must be unused with receipt and box/tag intact to be eligible for full refund, exchange or store credit. Money will be refunded in the same manner in as it was paid. NO RETURNS on used, sale or clearance items, nutrition or gift cards.

Do you have a Military Discount ?

Yes, we are proud to support our active military men and women in uniform and extend a 10% OFF discount to the entire store. Sale items excluded.

Do you take/recycle old shoes?

Yes, we take old shoes and donate them to Dorothy’s Place in Salinas as well as provide used shoes to the International Health Emissaries which provides used shoes to people in Guatemala and Argentina. We also work with Sneakers4Funds which helps The Treadmill donate money to the SPCA of Monterey.
